ACS Indigenous is now at Lot 14 in Adelaide.
ACS Indigenous is thrilled to share that we’ve recently been awarded the cleaning services contract at Lot Fourteen, a hub of innovation and progress!
Whilst NAIDOC week 2024 has wrapped up, the journey to keep the 🔥 burning must go on. During NAIDOC Week 2024, at ACS we set out, through numerous channels, to better educate ourselves on Indigenous culture, the history of NAIDOC Week and how we can be better Allies for the future.
This year’s theme, “Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud,” honours the enduring strength and vitality of First Nations people, communities, and culture. It’s a powerful reminder to celebrate and preserve the rich culture, history, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
For part of our learning journey, the ACS team joined Aunty Munya and Carla Rogers for an enlightening NAIDOC Week webinar which explored:
🔥 The significance of NAIDOC Week and this year’s theme
🔥 Key principles all Australians can learn from First Nations wisdom
🔥 Practical actions for Allies to help “keep the fire burning”
Let’s show our Indigenous brothers and sisters that we are here for them, we value their Voices and we are committed to continuing the journey towards Reconciliation. Together, we can create a kinder, more inclusive Australia.
