Lewis’ passion for being a hands-on Director provides the direction in guiding the team on it’s clear purpose, delivering value to their customers. He develops and oversees the execution of the company’s business strategies, growth, commercial and financial management and supports the senior management team whilst always being accessible to ACS’s customers.

A qualified CPA with extensive financial experience within the health and corporate environments, Tony is responsible for all financial management and reporting requirements. He ensures customers and the wider team are provided quality management information and financial reporting to help support the business going forward. His hands-on financial and management skills are an active part in the development of the innovative and strategic solutions ACS are known for.

25 years operational experience in facilities services management, particularly in the healthcare sector has complimented the development of a process approach when it comes to managing our teams. Robert’s expertise has established quality as a leading role within contract documentation. Robert ensures that client KPIs and ACS’s standards are met and maintained including all environmental and OH&S requirements.

The latest member of the team, Lawrence joined us in 2018 having previously worked for various high-profile companies across Europe and Australia, gaining experience in the Defence, Local Government and Construction sectors. Originally starting as a Market Analyst for one of the UK’s largest Civil Services company, he now heads up the growth and development of ACS, its brand and market sectors.

Tony’s key role at ACS is to ensure he gets the best possible outcomes for our key and prospective customers. He strives to ensure our performance outcomes are met. He has hands on experience in the government sector and takes an active role in the development of technology platforms to provide the transparency and accountability of our service delivery.
